how do you use a yes or no spinner?

Do you find making decisions or choices difficult? If so, a yes or no spinner can help make the decision easier. A yes or no spinner is a tool you can use to help you make binary decisions, like whether you should go out for dinner tonight, or stay in.

So how do you use a yes or no spinner? First, decide what question you want to answer with the spinner. Will it be "Should I wear this outfit tonight" or "Should I skip my workout today?" The choice is completely up to you.

After setting the question, find an online yes or no spinner tool (there are plenty of them available). You can also use an actual physical spinner if you have one — either way is fine! Once you find the tool of your choice, type in your question and click spin. The tool will then generate a random response of either yes or no.

You may want to spin several times before you finally arrive at a decision: statistically there's an even 50-50 chance of the response coming up either way; spinning more than once just makes sure that it will be less impacted by any external factors that could bias it one way or the other.

Once the outcome has been decided, now it's time to act on it! If your result is yes, then go ahead and enjoy — whether that entails going out for dinner tonight, wearing that particular outfit, or hitting up the gym — whatever it was that your question was about! If the outcome was no then that means taking a pass; say thank you and no thank you to dinner out tonight!
